Ingredients
- 1 Onion (I use frozen diced onions)
- 1 Garlic (I use frozen garlic pieces)
- 20g Olive oil
- 500g Water
- 1 Vegetable stock cube
- 150g Single cream (I use oat cream)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400g Tinned tomatoes
- 600g Fresh Tortellini
- Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Thyme)
- 3 Baby Peppers (or frozen sliced mixed peppers)
Preparation steps
- Put onions and garlic in the mixing bowl. Add olive oil. 3 minutes/120°C/Speed 1
- Add water, vegetable stock, single cream, salt and pepper. 6 minutes/98°C/Speed 1
- Add tinned tomatoes and peppers. 10 minutes/98°C/Reversed/Speed 1
- Add tortellini and herbs. 3 minutes/90°C/Reversed/Speed Slow
